Today was fantastic
Tyler’s session offered practical, research-based strategies that can be applied directly to school leadership. I especially appreciated the dedicated time to think and reflect on our current work. The structured activities helped clarify key challenges and identify clear, actionable next steps. This learning would benefit new and aspiring leaders, as well as experiences leaders looking for a thoughtful and strategic approach to leading meaningful change.
An exceptional session
The presentation provided a clear, practical framework that principals can immediately apply to strengthen their current leadership roles. What stood out most was the intentional focus on the values we hold closest, and how reconnecting to those values can reignite our sense of purpose in leadership. The structure of the sessions was thoughtful and well organized, allowing participants to move from reflection to meaningful application. The level of engagement in the room spoke volumes. The conversations that emerged during reflection time were rich, authentic, and deeply connected to the realities we face in our schools. It was evident that the framework struck a chord with leaders who are striving to lead with clarity, integrity, and intention.
Tyler provided something tangible
This was full of thought provoking perspectives on a huge aspect of our work that we often don’t talk about – how to make decisions. I think many would consider this to be something we “naturally” do, but given how often we are required to do it, it is definitely worth considering, evaluating, and learning about how we make decisions everyday and the impact they have on our people and programs.
